Aerospace logistics company B&H Worldwide has appointed Matt Silverberg as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, as the company looks to strengthen global operations and expand its international business.
Silverberg succeeds Stuart Allen, who becomes Chairman and Board Advisor after serving as CEO for 13 years. Based in the US, Silverberg will oversee B&H Worldwide’s global operations and growth strategy, while Allen will continue to support the company’s leadership from Singapore.
Silverberg brings experience in time-critical logistics, supply chains and professional services. He has held senior roles including CEO and Chief Commercial Officer and has led business expansion, acquisitions and transformation programmes across international organisations.
His appointment comes as aerospace companies face growing demand for reliable and faster supply chains. Expanding aircraft fleets and rising maintenance activity are increasing the need for specialised logistics services.
Silverberg said B&H Worldwide has built a strong reputation in aerospace logistics by focusing on speed, reliability and customer service. He said his priorities will include investing in innovation, strengthening international capabilities and creating greater value for customers and partners.
